We're committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. All customer information is confidential. We do not sell our customer database. We know that your privacy is of utmost importance. The information you provide is kept on file for our internal use only. Shipping and Handling Policy Orders will usually be processed within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery can be expected within 4-10 business day. AC Sportswear ships only in the United States and Canada. Return Policy If you decide to return any merchandise please follow these guidelines: 1. Please e-mail us at albevi@optonline.net for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization ). 2. Describe the problem or the reason for the return. 3. Please give us the order number of the merchandise being returned. 4. Pack items in the original packaging and return US Priority or UPS. 5. No returns will be accepted C.O.D. or freight collect. Note: AC Sportswear will charge a restocking fee of 15% of the cost of the product on all returns. Exchanges are accepted at no additional cost except for shipping fees. AC Sportswear will pay all charges on returns in which AC Sportswear made a shipping error, or where an item was defective or damaged during shipping. All sales are final after 30 days .
